Full Stack Engineer

Udyra is an AI-native hiring platform built to make job search and hiring smarter, faster, and more transparent for both job seekers and employers. We are building a modern platform that combines AI-powered job matching, resume enhancement, personalized cover letter generation, employer workflows, messaging, analytics, and intelligent hiring tools into one cohesive product. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to help shape the future of the platform from an early stage. This is not a maintenance role. You will work directly on product architecture, core platform features, AI-driven workflows, system scalability, performance, and user experience across both employer and job seeker journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys startup ownership, moves with urgency, cares deeply about product quality, and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up. You should be comfortable working across the stack, making thoughtful technical decisions, and contributing to both engineering execution and product direction.
