Senior Director of Software Development – AI Platforms

Udyra is building the next-generation AI-powered hiring platform that connects job seekers, recruiters, and hiring managers through skill-based matching, intelligent insights, and transparent hiring practices. We are looking for a Senior Director of Software Development to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of the Udyra platform. This role will drive the technical vision, lead engineering teams, and build a highly scalable AI-native platform that powers intelligent job matching and hiring analytics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader with deep experience building cloud-native platforms, modern web applications, and AI-powered systems. You will work closely with product leadership to design and deliver innovative solutions that redefine how companies discover talent and how job seekers find meaningful opportunities. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and scale engineering teams building Udyra’s AI-powered hiring platform • Define technical architecture for scalable, secure, cloud-native systems • Drive development of AI-driven matching and hiring intelligence features • Oversee backend, frontend, and data platform engineering • Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability • Collaborate with product leadership to translate product vision into technical execution • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale • Mentor and develop engineering leaders and senior engineers
