Senior Systems Engineer, Technical Solutions (US-East)

Datadog's Technical Solutions Operations (TSO) team is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who wants to own enterprise platforms end-to-end. You'll go from understanding the business process, to designing the right solution (whether configuration, integration, or code), to measuring whether it moved the needle. The role involves owning enterprise systems through their full lifecycle, engineering solutions that create leverage for 1,200+ technical experts, contributing to the Datadog codebase, and using AI tools to work faster. Based in Boston MA or New York NY with hybrid working.

• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise platforms and production software • Experience owning and improving enterprise SaaS platforms (Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar) • Strong software engineering fundamentals; ability to build integrations, automations, and internal tools • Track record of using AI tools to accelerate delivery
