Services Engineering Leader, Professional Services

Rubrik (Nasdaq: RBRK, Security and AI Operations Company) is seeking a Services Engineering Leader to lead the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings. This key leadership role is responsible for creating, packaging, and launching high-value services that accelerate customers' time-to-value for the entire Rubrik product portfolio. The role is a core member of the Global Professional Services Leadership Team. Reports to Vice President, Global Professional Services. Remote US. Salary: $148,100–$246,800 USD.

• 8–10+ years of direct experience in Service New Product Introduction (NPI), Services Productization, or Solution Engineering within a global SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cyber Resilience company. • Services Portfolio Expertise: Proven track record of taking complex enterprise technology services from initial concept to global field execution. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations, particularly with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services. • Executive Presence: Experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership (VP level and above), with a track record of driving strategic initiatives. • Technical & Strategic Aptitude: Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks. • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
