About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us build our engineering team. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles and build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top engineering talent through multiple channels
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Conduct initial screening interviews and technical assessments
- Track and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Understanding of software engineering roles and technologies
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Familiarity with diversity recruiting best practices
- Experience recruiting for TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar tech stacks is a plus
