Senior Software Engineer Level 2

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Level 2 to join our core platform team. You will work on challenging problems, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our AI-powered job portal. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement complex features across the full stack using TypeScript • Lead technical design discussions and code reviews • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements • Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability on AWS • Contribute to Claude AI feature integration using Anthropic SDK • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response • Drive adoption of engineering best practices Technical Requirements: • 6-8 years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in Node.js with Express.js and TypeScript • Advanced Next.js 15 and React 19 development skills • Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and Redis • Familiarity with Claude AI/Anthropic SDK integration patterns • Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices • Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, RDS), Git, CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of Stripe payment integration Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Passion for writing clean, maintainable TypeScript code • Experience with test-driven development using Vitest
