Senior Systems Engineer, Productivity Engineering

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role. • Technical Expertise: Proven deep experience managing enterprise-level Google Workspace (DNS, mail routing, Vault, DLP) and administrative experience with tools such as Slack, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet. • AI Proficiency: Practical experience managing and deploying Gemini and other AI-driven productivity interfaces within a corporate framework. • SaaS Architecture & Security: Complete knowledge of SaaS principles, API integrations, and RBAC security best practices. • Automation and Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Apps Script, Python, or Bash to manage large-scale migrations or system integrations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead training and influence standard usage across the org.
