Director of Engineering

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering teams and drive technical excellence. You will shape the future of our AI-powered job portal platform while building and mentoring high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor multiple software development teams - Define and execute the technical strategy aligned with business objectives - Architect scalable, high-performance applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, and React - Drive Claude AI integration initiatives using the Anthropic SDK - Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and delivery commitments - Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent Requirements: - 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in leadership roles - Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and React - Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and database optimization - Experience with AWS services (S3, SQS, RDS) - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
