Senior Engineering Manager, Data Streaming Services (Auth0)

Okta is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Auth0's Data Streaming Services team. This is a manager-of-managers role overseeing multiple engineering teams dedicated to making data streaming seamless, reliable, and high-performance across a multi-cloud footprint. The manager will set the vision for streaming services, mentor high-performing teams, own roadmap and execution, and take accountability for service uptime guarantees. Locations include Chicago IL, New York NY, and Washington DC.

• Proven engineering leadership experience building and leading teams of teams • Experience coaching Staff+ engineers and engineering managers • Strong technical background in building scalable, distributed systems • Expertise in creating technical roadmaps and managing complex project dependencies • Bonus: Experience with Go, Node.js, Java; PostgreSQL, MongoDB; distributed streaming platforms (Kafka)
