Research Engineer, AI Observability

As AI training and deployments scale, the volume of data to monitor and understand is exploding. The AI Observability team uses Claude itself to make sense of this data. As a Research Engineer, you'll design and build systems that let AI analyze large, unstructured datasets and produce structured, trustworthy insights. Salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
