Senior Growth Engineer — SEO, Analytics & Conversion

Udyra is hiring a Senior Growth Engineer to help scale awareness, traffic, conversion, and activation across our AI-powered hiring platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, analytics, SEO, landing pages, experimentation, and product growth. You will work on acquisition and conversion systems across the site, including landing pages, structured metadata, event instrumentation, search visibility, form performance, analytics accuracy, and A/B testing. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving growth problems with technical depth. You will have the opportunity to directly influence how job seekers and employers discover, trust, and use the Udyra platform.
