We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to drive our technical strategy and lead our growing engineering organization. This executive role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the engineering vision and technical roadmap - Build, scale, and lead a world-class engineering organization - Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business goals - Drive innovation through Claude AI integration and emerging technologies - Oversee technical architecture decisions and platform scalability on AWS Requirements: - 15+ years of software engineering experience - 8+ years in senior engineering leadership roles - Strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web technologies - Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure at scale - Track record of successful product launches and platform migrations
