• 3+ years of experience managing highly technical teams. • Direct experience building or operating RIA and broker-dealer custody systems at scale, including ledgers, security master service, cash and securities reconciliation, and money movement. • Understanding of the broker-dealer operating model and how responsibilities and data flow across introducing brokers, clearing firms, and custodians. • Experience working closely with compliance and operations teams, translating requirements into practical engineering decisions and effective controls. • Understanding of the lifecycle of securities and the implications of settlement and corporate actions for customer cash and positions across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and mutual funds.
