Senior Engineering Manager, AI Research and Development

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, AI R&D to lead a highly technical organization responsible for the full lifecycle of applied machine learning across a variety of business applications. The role drives personalization and risk models that directly affect millions of users' financial outcomes, overseeing advanced modeling frameworks, foundation models, and transformer-based architectures. In-person 5 days/week in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA. Salary: $298,000–$350,000 USD.
