Head of Field Engineering Operations

Vercel is looking for a Head of Field Engineering Operations (internally titled Director, Field Engineering Operations) to join the Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll architect the systems, processes, and insights that enable a fast-growing Field Engineering organization to scale. As a strategic partner to the VP of Field Engineering, you will own the operational backbone enabling Solutions Architects, Developer Success Engineers, Customer Success Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Professional Services teams. You'll build and lead a team that brings discipline to capacity planning, territory alignment, performance measurement, and customer lifecycle management. The role is hybrid in-office in San Francisco.

• Proven experience in Field Engineering Operations, Revenue Operations, or strategic operational leadership • Strong data-driven decision making and systems thinking • Experience building and leading operations teams at a fast-growing tech company • Background partnering with VP-level engineering and GTM leadership
