Director of Engineering, Security Products

CoreWeave (Nasdaq: CRWV) is seeking a Director of Engineering, Security Products to lead engineering teams building the identity, authorization, and encryption platforms. The Security Products team builds platform capabilities that let enterprise customers safely extend their existing identity, security, and encryption stacks to CoreWeave Cloud — including CoreWeave IAM, future encryption lifecycle and key management capabilities. The Director will define and execute the security products roadmap and lead engineering managers and senior ICs. Based in New York, NY. Salary: $227,000–$303,000.

• 10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering building and operating production services. • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including directly managing other managers and scaling multi-team organizations. • Proven track record of delivering security, identity, or encryption-related products (IAM, SSO, KMS, HSM, workload identity, security platforms) at a cloud provider, security company, or large-scale SaaS. • Experience designing and operating distributed systems with high availability, strong correctness requirements, and clear operational ownership. • Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts: authentication, authorization, least privilege, encryption at rest and in transit, and audit logging. • Familiarity with common compliance and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA). • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product Management and Security/Compliance teams to prioritize trade-offs and ship customer-facing platform capabilities.
