Senior Engineering Manager, Acquisition

Brex is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for its Acquisition engineering group in New York City, building systems and product experiences that power customer acquisition, activation, and retention at Brex — including prospecting, onboarding, account setup, verifications, integrations, and implementation workflows. Hybrid (Mon/Wed/Thu in-office). Salary: $300,000–$375,000. Brex LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital One, N.A.

• 3+ years of experience managing or leading multiple technical teams in a high-growth environment. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong technical background and understanding of software development principles. • Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences. • Demonstrated track record of shipping customer-facing features across multiple release cycles. • Experience building systems related to onboarding, implementation, identity, workflow automation, or customer lifecycle products. • Data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate impact, measure funnel performance, and optimize activation metrics. • Track record building AI-powered product experiences, including LLM-driven automation and personalization.
