Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our AI-powered job portal. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver features that delight job seekers and employers. Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Udyra platform - Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and market research - Write detailed product specifications and user stories - Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility and trade-offs - Analyze product metrics and user behavior to inform decisions - Manage product launches and go-to-market strategy Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or marketplace products - Strong understanding of agile development methodologies - Experience with data-driven decision making and product analytics - Familiarity with AI/ML products and capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in job portals, HR tech, or two-sided marketplaces is a plus
