Senior Engineering Manager - GTM

Mercury is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to help build a new GTM Engineering function within an established product organization. The manager shapes its technical direction and turns the early GTM engine into dependable production systems, starting with a team of 2–3 engineers. Works closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Revenue, connecting product and marketing efforts so Mercury can see what runs, understand what works, and improve it. • Strong experience in either GTM engineering (including marketing technology) or growth engineering. • Professional engineering management experience, backed by recent hands-on engineering work. • Practical experience using AI to build software or improve workflows, with the judgment to evaluate results and make them dependable. • Experience shipping AI-powered GTM workflows is strongly preferred.
